Note for Parents or Chaperones:
Parents or chaperones attending the awards ceremonies only are not required to register. However, anyone who wishes to be recognized during the award ceremony must register to be included.

Online Registration Session

During the registration process, you will create a password.  With this password and your last name, you will be able to review the details of your registration in the future.  Please make note of this registration password.

All are welcome to register for the festival, but if you are an ISMF sponsor who submitted entries for judging, you can also enter your sponsor username and password to save yourself some time during the registration process.

Payment options include Credit Card, Check, and Purchase Order.

Workshop Selections for Full Registrants

Full Registrants can sign up for any workshop, but we suggest the following grade level tracks:
 · K to 3rd Grade Workshops                · 4th to 5th Grade Workshops
 · 6th to 8th Grade Workshops             · 9th to 12th Grade Workshops
 · Workshops for Teachers                    · All Workshops

Please Note: Our system will protect you from signing up for overlapping workshops. The last selection you make overrides a previous selection if the times conflict.

Group Registrations

If you will be registering a group of people, please record the following information before beginning the online registration process. 

• The names and schools of all students, teachers, and parents you will be registering. 
• Which registrants would like the ‘Basic Registration' and which want the ‘Full Registration’ package.  
  • For those choosing Basic Registration packages, note if the registrant would like to order a T-shirt.  Record the shirt sizes needed. 
  • For Full Registration packages, record the shirt sizes needed.  Also, ask registrants to select their workshops. You may want to print one of the workshop tracks listed above for reference.
    

It is possible to register a total of 50 people during one registration session (40 Basic packages and 10 Full packages).  If you need to register more than this, you will need to start a new registration session and assign a different password.

Before the payment option is displayed, a confirmation for each registrant's selections will be displayed where you will have the chance to edit your selections. If you selected the wrong registration type ('Basic' or 'Full') for a registrant, delete that registrant and add him/her again.
