Please Read - New Login Procedures
We will be using a different convention management service supplied by All Academic, Inc. Their program requires all presenters and co-presenters to have an account to submit a proposal or to be included as a co-presenter within a proposal.
AECT Members:
If your membership with AECT was active after 1/1/2008 and before 12/14/2009 you (and potentially your co-presenters) already have an account. To login to All Academic, you will enter your Membership Number as the User Name and your Last Name as the Password.
If you do not know your membership number or you are unsure whether your account has been pre-loaded, select the link 'Click here to retrieve your password' displayed at the bottom of the right column. (Note: The right column displayed here is just a screen capture of the next page.)
Non-Members (and AECT members who joined after 12/14/2009):
You will need to select the link 'Create a New Account' located at the bottom of the Login Here box. You will create your account with All Academic and then login to submit your proposal. In addition, if you know that another will include you as a co-presenter you may want to establish your account in advance.
ALL Submitters:
You will be able to add a co-presenter that is not already in the system. To do so, make sure you have an accurate email address for that presenter. Upon your submission, a message will be sent to the presenter added providing their personal login information in case they plan to submit their own proposal or need to update their personal information.
