Deposit for International Convention- International Members Only

This is to make a deposit toward your Convention Registration. You will not be registered for the Convention until the balance owed is paid.

International Members who need more time to secure their visas and/or make their travel arrangements can make a non-refundable deposit to secure their Early Bird Convention Registration Rate: $315 students/retired & $475 regular members.

International Members: Pay $119 non-refundable deposit by 7/31/24 to lock-in the Early Bird Rate. Remaining balance of $356 due by 10/15/24.

International Student Members: First you must submit proof of student status in an international college/university graduate program. Contact aect@aect.org for more information. After you have been approved, pay $79 non-refundable deposit to lock in the Early Bird Rate. Remaining balance of $236 due by 10/15/24.
