If you register at the student rate, you must be a current student in fall 2024. Proof may be requested when you check-in. If you will complete your studies in spring or summer 2024, please contact us to update your member account.
If you are a regular member or student/retired member and do not see the correct price during your registration process, email us: aect@aect.org. If you need to pay by check or PO, please email us.
International members who need additional time for securing visa and making travel arrangements, can pay a deposit to lock-in the early bird rates.
Volunteers
In-person convention registration is required for all volunteers. Look for the volunteer application on the convention registration confirmation page. Volunteer seats are limited and students will receive priority for consideration. Full- and part-time volunteers who have completed their hours of service will receive the following:
• Full-time volunteers receive a $240 refund after completing 15 hours of service.
• Part-time volunteers receive a $135 refund after completing 10 hours of service.
