Deposit for International Convention- International Members Only

This is to make a deposit toward your Convention Registration. You will not be registered for the Convention until the balance owed is paid.

International Members who need more time to secure their visas and/or make their travel arrangements can make a non-refundable deposit to secure their Early Bird Convention Registration Rate:

*Note: Prices for online registration and payment are inclusive of a 3.5% credit card processing fee. All prices are listed as USD.

The non-refundable deposit is due by July 31, 2025. The remainder must be paid in full by October 15, 2025. 

International Student Members: First you must submit proof of student status in an international college/university graduate program. Learn more here.
