Why can't I see my current membership for renewal?

Although the system displays your current membership with the "select" button, you may be taken to a blank page. Some membership types are restricted pending verification of eligibility. These include: student/retired and international memberships. You will first need to submit proof of status. Learn more here:

If you have an old membership type that was discontinued, you'll need to scroll down to select the new membership plan after your documentation has been approved.

How do I make a correction to my name or title on my profile page?

Click the pencil icon next to your name in the blue banner to edit your user name.

Click the pencil icon next to your contact details to edit your title. You can also update your other contact information here.

Where can I print an invoice for my membership?

Go to your profile page: https://aect.connectedcommunity.org/profile/myaccount/my-membership

Profile > My Account > Membership>View History; then click Print Invoice for your most recent membership.

How do I join a division?

You can filter by Division; click “Request to Join”. Your request will be reviewed and approved by a community administrator from that division.
