*International members who need additional time for securing their visa and making travel arrangements can pay a non-refundable deposit to lock-in the early bird rate. The deposit must be paid by July 31. The remaining balance will be due by October 15. Verification requests for International Memberships must be submitted by 5:00pm PST on the day of early bird (7/31) and regular registration (9/30) deadlines.

AECT Loyalty Program
- Make your reservation at Planet Hollywood through the AECT block. No refunds will be issued for the difference of the convention registration rate if you book your hotel room after registering.
- Review the Terms & Conditions for the discount program, then submit your Loyalty Program Request.
- Allow up to 1 business day for staff to verify your eligibility. An email will be sent when the discount is available for your registration. Requests must be submitted by 5PM PST on the early bird (7/31) and regular (9/30) registration deadlines.
- Complete your registration. If you do not see the correct price, contact us at aect@aect.org.
